Limited Edition Library Cards - $5/Card
Instructions for Circulation
Special edition library cards are kept in the Circ hanging file.
Each special edition library card is available for a
minimum donation of $5.00
to the ACPL Foundation.
So, if a patron wants two special edition cards, the minimum donation is $10.00 and so on.
Patrons can provide more than a $5.00 donation for the library card.
Patrons donating with
CASH or CHECK

Fill out the section of the form below. Mark if the donation was cash or check on the final page.
Checks should be made out to ACPLF or Albany County Public Library Foundation or ACPL Foundation.
Run cash or the check through the normal cash register, using the blue Foundation button.
Make sure to put the receipt in the cash register under the coins.

Once you submit the form, the
submission page will provide you with a link to run the credit card

Enter the total amount to donate in the correct box.
