Having trouble paying? 

-Once you click “Submit & Pay”, the website will take you to PayPal with a screen that looks like the screenshot (right). 

-If you don’t want to use/login PayPal, there is a button marked “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” toward the bottom of the screen.

-If you click this button, it will allow you to enter your details without logging in.
